Full caption: On Saturday, July 27, Jeff Peters, a native of Calgary, Alberta and former Spokane Chiefs hockey player (‘98-'99), used a pitching wedge to ace the 153-yard seventh hole at The Idaho Club during a regular senior men's skins game. According to Jeff’s witnesses and playing partners Luke Reed, Rick Ellis and Don Hague, who frequently team up with Jeff for various charity events held at The Idaho Club, the shot covered the flagstick all the way, landed about four feet long, and spun back into the hole. Jeff, who routinely hits over 300 yards with his driver, made one other birdie and finished with a gross 83 on the tough par 72 senior men's combo tees.
