Sandpoint Rotary awards $73,000 in scholarships
Half of the Rotary Club of Sandpoint's scholarship recipients and their proud parents celebrated with Rotarians at the club's annual Scholarship Luncheon July 3 at the Tango Cafe.

Rotary Club of Sandpoint awarded $73,000 in scholarships to 35 area students earlier this summer. There was a mix of academic and CTE scholarships granted to deserving students who worked very hard to achieve their goals.
The recipients by school are:
Clark Fork High School — Sarah Flanigan, Wyatt Mintken, Amari Printz-Hay and Eloise Shelton;
Lake Pend Oreille High School — Kaiden Harper, Jorden Sheldon and Quinn Smith;
Sandpoint High School — Kody Bocksch, William Clark, Berkeley Cox, Noah Darrin, Emele Dillion, Ryan Doko, Hailey Fisher, Klein Fragoso, Lillian Giles, Kasten Grimm, Keane Haesle, Rylie Hancock, Priscilla Hester, Jett Longanecker, Bret McBrayer, Devin McDaniel, Riley Meyers, Gavin Nicholson, Aurla Palmer, Vivian Platte, Neva Reseska, Damian Rhodes, Grace Rookey, Shane Sherrill, Via Vachon, and Noah Wagner;
