Sandpoint planning software upgrades

| June 4, 2024 1:00 AM

SANDPOINT — Software updates will make some city licensing/permitting and online payment services temporarily unavailable while the upgrades are taking place.

The upgrades are scheduled for Thursday and Friday, June 6 and 7. City officials said that, as a result, licensing and permitting as well as online payment services will be unavailable on those dates and through the weekend but will be back online at 8 a.m. Monday, June 10.

Services that will be unavailable include building-related permitting, business and alcohol licensing and permitting, and dog licenses. Utility payments may be brought to City Hall.

"The city appreciates the community’s patience and understanding during this process as we work to improve and enhance our services for the public," Mayor Jeremy Grimm said.
