PUBLIC NOTICE FOR DESTRUCTION OF SPECIAL EDUCATION RECORDS Attention Parents/Guardians, Former Students, Eligible (Adult) Students: According to school board policy, West Bonner County School District #83 hereby gives notice that Special Education records are no longer needed to provide educational services to individuals with disabilities who were enrolled in the district as a student for the 2016 school year and have since left the district. The district will destroy these Special Education records (by shredding them) in 45 days. Destruction of these records is the best protection against improper and unauthorized disclosure. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING  NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 1:00 pm on Monday, June 24, 2024 at the Bonner County Fairgrounds, Sandpoint, Idaho, by Zoom teleconference, and YouTube Livestream to consider the following request:  File CUP0002-24 - Conditional Use Permit - Recreation Facility.
