PUBLIC NOTICE FOR DESTRUCTION OF SPECIAL EDUCATION RECORDS Attention Parents/Guardians, Former Students, Eligible (Adult) Students: According to school board policy, West Bonner County School District #83 hereby gives notice that Special Education records are no longer needed to provide educational services to individuals with disabilities who were enrolled in the district as a student for the 2016 school year and have since left the district. The district will destroy these Special Education records (by shredding them) in 45 days. Destruction of these records is the best protection against improper and unauthorized disclosure. Please be aware that if you have Special Education records on file with the school district, these records may be needed for social security benefits or for other purposes in the future. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 1:00 pm on Monday, June 24, 2024 at the Bonner County Fairgrounds, Sandpoint, Idaho, by Zoom teleconference, and YouTube Livestream to consider the following request:
File CUP0002-24 - Conditional Use Permit - Recreation Facility. The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit for a recreation facility. The ±170.66-acre (two (2) contiguous 85.330 & 85.330- acre parcels) property is zoned Rural 10 (R-10). The project site is located off Jumpline Landing in Section 35, Township 56 North, Range 02 West, Boise-Meridian. A hearing was held on April 17, 2024 with the Hearing Examiner. Following the hearing, the Hearing Examiner approved the referenced application with conditions in a written decision letter dated April 22, 2024. On May 17, 2024, the Planning Department received a letter of appeal from the applicant, on May 20, 2024, a letter of appeal was received from an opposing party. Both letters were requesting this file be sent to the Board of County Commissioners to be heard de novo.
