Incidents raise questions about Cd'A's livability

Is Coeur d’Alene a good place to live?

It is if you are white, but not if you are a minority. A few weeks ago a college university women's basketball team was staying in Coeur d’Alene because they were playing the Gonzaga University women's basketball team at Gonzaga University. While walking down the street in Coeur d’Alene to eat dinner at a restaurant they were subjected by a group of white misfits driving by yelling racial slurs at them.

Now a group of middle-aged white misfits were harassing a group of 11 to 12 year old Native American students from a tribal school while visiting McEuen Park in Coeur d’Alene, yelling racial slurs at those kids and telling them to go back to the reservation while imitating feathers with their hands behind their heads.

So is Coeur d’Alene a good place to live? I think not. I personally wouldn’t live there free.
