'Bridesmaid' ready for hilarious ride
Get ready for a hilarious ride with Out of the Box Entertainment's latest production, "Always A Bridesmaid".
This nonprofit theater group invites the community to come along for a rollicking tale that answers the burning question: How far would you go to keep a promise to a friend?
"If you've ever elbowed a stranger out of the way to catch a bride's bouquet, seriously questioned the mental stability of the duo saying "I do" or been forced to wear the world's ugliest bridesmaid dress, this deliriously funny Jones Hope Wooten Comedy is definitely for you … and your dearly beloved," Donna Maki said of the upcoming production.

WBCSD sets budget hearing
PRIEST RIVER — The West Bonner County School Board is slated to hold a hearing for the 2024-'25 budget Wednesday, June 12.
The board will accept additional public comments on the proposed budget at the meeting, which will begin at 6 p.m.

Bostrom to perform at Create Arts Center
The Create Arts Center is hosting an eclectic musical journey Friday, June 14, featuring the diverse stylings of pianist Sean Bostrom. The Bonner Ferry performer blends classical, jazz and comedic influences inspired by Viktor Borge.
Friday's two-hour show, which runs from 6 to 8 p.m., will see Bostrom transition between styles, entertaining throughout.
Student tickets are $12, with adult tickets $15 at the door for the 6-8 p.m. show. Don't miss this unique musical experience.

Floch named to UA dean's list
Elizabeth Floch of Tuscaloosa was among 13,950 students named to the University of Alabama's dean's list for the fall 2023 semester.
To qualify, full-time undergraduates must earn a grade point average of 3.5 or higher. Students with a perfect 4.0 GPA are named to the president's list.
Students selected can be found throughout UA's more than 70 undergraduate programs across 12 colleges and schools. As Alabama's flagship university, UA offers nearly 200 degree programs on its student-centered campus.
