NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE 00003001238274 - To be sold for cash at a Trustee’s Sale on October 17, 2024, 09:00 AM on the front steps of the main entrance, Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. 1st Avenue, Sandpoint, ID 83864, the following described real property situated in Bonner County, State of Idaho (“Real Property”): Situated in Bonner County, Idaho: The East half of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 5, Township 54 North, Range 2 West of the Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho.
