The Forrest Bird Charter School Interact Club has teamed up with several local Rotary Clubs to raise money for the Better Together Animal Alliance. Those efforts have raised a grand total of $3,647.24 to support BTAA’s mission of improving the lives of animals and their families.

The FBCS Interact Club organized a carnival fundraiser Thursday, June 6, generating $947.24. The Ponderay Centennial Rotary Club generously matched the first $400 of the funds raised. Additionally, the Sandpoint High School Interact Club contributed a $300 donation directly to BTAA in honor of the FBCS Interact Club’s efforts. Inspired by these remarkable initiatives, the Rotary Club of Sandpoint made a significant donation of $2,000.00 directly to BTAA.

“We are immensely grateful for the dedication and generosity shown by the members of the FBCS Interact Club and our local Rotary Clubs,” said Paige McGowan, Development Director at BTAA. “Their support enables us to continue our vital work in the community, providing care and support to animals and their families.”

The funds raised will directly impact the services provided by BTAA, including medical support, adoption, and rehoming efforts, as well as community outreach programs.
