Alberta Marie Hall, 95

| June 15, 2024 1:00 AM

Alberta Marie Hall went to her heavenly home April 30, 2024, at the age of 95. She was born Feb. 25, 1929, in Moline, Ill.

Alberta grew up during the depression and was the youngest of ten children. She completed high school in Sacramento, Calif., during World War II, and then returned to Moline. After moving to Minneapolis, she met her husband, Orvin, and they raised their family in Edina, Minn. They also enjoyed a cabin on Lake Miltona near Alexandria, Minn. Retirement years allowed them to enjoy time in the Rio Grande Valley in Texas. Alberta moved to Sandpoint, Idaho, to be near her daughter.

She was a dedicated and loving wife to her late husband, Orvin J. Hall, and a devoted mother to her children, Barbara (Hall) Hult and Peter Hall.

As a busy homemaker and mother, there was always fresh coffee and homemade treats for all visitors. She was known for her kindness and prayers. Alberta became a serious Bible student and faithfully attended church. She brought the love of the Lord Jesus to her family and friends.

She is survived by her children: Barbara (Bryan) Hult and Peter (Diane) Hall; grandchildren: Katy (Matt) Hazard, Colin (Karen) Hall, and Renner Hall; and great-grandchildren: Sarah, Emma, and Liberty; who will miss her dearly.

A memorial service will be held in Minneapolis later this summer. She will be interned with her husband at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.

Family and friends are invited to sign Alberta’s online guest book at www.coffeltfuneral.com.

Arrangements are under the care of Coffelt Funeral Service.
