CITY OF OLDTOWN SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 2024-2 AFFIRMATION OF ANNEXATIONS AN ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF OLDTOWN, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO; AFFIRMING PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED ORDINANCES ANNEXING LANDS INTO THE CITY; AFFIRMING PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED ORDINANCE DE-ANNEXING LANDS FROM THE CITY; AFFIRMING ZONING DESIGNATIONS OF THE SUBJECT LANDS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE A summary of the principal provisions of Ordinance Number 2024-2 of the City of Oldtown, Bonner County, Idaho, and adopted June 12, 2024 is as follows: SECTION 1 Identifies the statutory authorization for adoption of the ordinance.
