Climate crisis lies only fool the gullible

A recent letter writer said, “A person can think ‘rationally and logically’ and still be completely wrong.” This is a false statement because if one uses correct reason and correct logic it is impossible to be wrong. Reason and logic are like mathematics: If the addends are correct, the summation cannot be wrong.

Empirical evidence applies to things that can be tried and tested. Climate change is provable, whereas a climate crisis is not. The climate crisis is subjective. It depends completely upon one’s personal beliefs. Earth’s climate has been changing since the world first began and will continue to do so until the world ends. But climate crisis fanatics fail to see the difference between climate change and climate crisis.

Another writer loves to quote peer-reviewed papers showing that a large percentage of climate scientists believe we are in a climate crisis. But such a consensus is not provable. In fact, when asked to prove it, climate crisis fanatics refuse, citing a variety of excuses.

As I have stated before, a crisis is an extremely subjective thing. It is not empirically verifiable.

Additionally, carbon dioxide is not the enemy of mankind or the world. As I have stated before, the most heavily forested and healthiest places on Earth are found in the equatorial jungles of Africa and South America, where there is more carbon dioxide than anywhere else on the planet.

Only gullible people fall for the lies of climate crisis.
