BSS hosting annual summer camp

KOOTENAI — The Basketball School of Sandpoint will be hosting their annual summer camp July 15 to 19 at Kootenai Elementary for youth athletes from ages 7 to 16.
Boys and girls from ages 7 to 9 will have camp from 9 a.m. to noon. Boys and girls from ages 10 to 16 will have camp from 1 to 4 p.m. Campers will be grouped based on ability and will be taught fundamentals like ball handling, passing, shooting, rebounding and defense every day. Campers will also be able to enjoy creative games, competitions, races and tournaments while developing their skills. In addition, campers will learn lessons about teamwork, sportsmanship, and accomplishing goals through hard work … all while having fun, of course.
The cost of the camp is $120 for one player, $230 for two siblings, $340 for three siblings, and $450 for four siblings. All campers will receive an official BSS camp T-shirt. Campers are encouraged to register by July 1 to be assured a spot in the camp and a T-shirt.
