Festival announces 'Taste' pourers
There is no better way to kick off the Festival at Sandpoint’s Grand Finale and conclude the 2024 summer performance series than with an assortment of the region’s finest wine, beer, and spirit selections.
Taste of the Stars is a two-hour tasting event from 5 to 7 p.m. before the grand finale performance Sunday, Aug. 4.
This year’s pourers include Cabin View Winery, Eola Hills Wine Cellars, Free Spirits Beverage Company, Hunga Dunga Brewing, Kootenai River Brewing Company, Matchwood Brewing Company, Mercer Wine Estates, MickDuff's Brewing Company, Paradise Creek Brewery, Pend d'Oreille Winery, Terra Blanca Winery, Timber Town Beer Company, Up North Distillery, Western Cider, and Woodward Canyon.
The 2024 grand finale performance of How to Train Your Dragon — In Concert features the entire film, including dialogue, with the score performed live to picture by the 70+ person Festival at Sandpoint Orchestra and conducted by Morihiko Nakahara.
Guests that are 21 and older can select to add on a $9.95 ticket to Taste of the Stars that includes a souvenir tasting cup.
Taste of the Stars is a separate ticketed event and is not included in Grand Finale admission. All guests must have a ticket to the Grand Finale, be 21+, and present valid ID to attend. Taste of the Stars tickets purchased day of will be $12.95.
The Festival at Sandpoint is a nonprofit organization that hosts an annual summer performance series in Sandpoint, featuring a variety of genres, from rock and country to folk, indie, and more. The Festival at Sandpoint’s 41st annual 2024 Summer Performance Series will take place July 25 through Aug. 4, at War Memorial Field, an intimate venue on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille.
