Full caption: Priest River's Cheyenne Thompson recently committed to continue her soccer career at the College of the Siskiyous (CCCAA) in Weed, Calif. Cheyenne was an integral part of the Spartans' midfield and defense for the three years she played on the varsity squad. This past season, she averaged roughly 5.1 steals per game over 12 games and also added one goal and one assist to the stat sheet. Cheyenne was also a standout softball player and was on the varsity basketball team during her time at Priest River. "I couldn’t be happier for Cheyenne," PRLHS assistant coach Nick Tucker said. "She worked incredibly hard and deserves every opportunity to play at the next level. I can’t wait to see what she does."
