Derrick Sheets Mathaney, 27, of Washington was cited in the area of Highway 2 and Le Clerc Road in Oldtown at 8:57 p.m. on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia. 

Deputies responded for an agency assist on Jefferson Avenue at 9:06 p.m.

Report of a fireworks violation on Davis Road in Sagle at 9:33 p.m.

Marijuana and drug paraphernalia were seized for destruction following a traffic stop near Highway 41 and S. Marian Avenue in Oldtown at 10:59 p.m.
