SANDPOINT — Despite the recent heavy snowfall, Sandpoint officials said the city will not be reinstating its snow parking ordinance for the odd side of the street.
“... At this moment, no enforcement will take place as the city ordinance will end on March 1, which is only two days away,” Mayor Jeremy Grimm said Wednesday. “We believe it is not necessary to enforce the ordinance at this point. However, if an emergency snow removal is required, we will inform the public about what to expect.”
Grimm thanked city residents for their patience and understanding throughout the strange winter North Idaho has had this year.
