Local in need of adaptive bike

| March 12, 2024 1:00 AM

Local resident Wyatt Paul, who is autistic and has motor planning issues that affect his ability to ride a typical bike, is in the race for a new Rifton adaptive tricycle which provides reciprocal exercise with all the fun of riding. The bike was recommended by Wyatt’s physical therapist due to his coordination impairment.

This therapeutic tricycle would be a great fit for Wyatt because it grows with a child; it can be quickly adjusted, no tools needed. There are two ways in which Wyatt can be gifted the bike: 1) He is among the top of the votes leaderboard and/or receives enough votes to be entered into a 50/50 raffle 2) He receives $3,000 in donations, which would allow him to acquire the bike free of cost.
