Free homebuyer's workshop in Sandpoint next Thursday

SANDPOINT — Interested in buying a home but not sure where to start?

Black Diamond Real Estate — in collaboration with Keller Williams Realty — is hosting a free home buyer’s workshop where new, prospective home buyers can learn about the process of purchasing their first home while meeting others in the buying and selling business. 

“Whether you're a first-time homebuyer, looking to upgrade to your forever home or seeking a refresher on the local home buying market and strategies, this event is tailored for you,” the event page said. “Led by our seasoned team at Black Diamond Real Estate, this workshop will equip you with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate the home buying process with ease.”

A representative from Willamette Valley Bank will also be onsite offering free home financing consultations. Food and drinks will be provided from local Sandpoint restaurants.

Come learn about all things real estate Thursday, March 21, from 6 to 8 p.m. at 509 5th Ave., Suite A, in Sandpoint.
