ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS City of Kootenai 2nd Avenue Widening Project Separate sealed BIDS for the 2nd Avenue Widening Project located in the City of Kootenai, Idaho will be received by City of Kootenai at 204 Spokane St., Kootenai, ID 83840 until 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The work includes the widening of approximately 1,650 lineal feet of 2nd Avenue, installation of pedestrian crossings, pavement markings, drainage systems, removal of trees and some additional necessary work. It is the intent of these documents to describe the work required to complete this project in sufficient detail to secure comparable bids. All parts or work not specifically mentioned which are necessary in order to provide a complete installation shall be included in the bid and shall conform to all Local, State and Federal requirements.
