Maybe we need to deport Idaho residents, too

Ed Gould states that if we wish to have a clean environment we should curtail the number of immigrants coming into the country because they won't have the money to buy electric cars. 

Better plan on deporting all Idaho residents who work for the minimum wage ($7.25), or close to it, because they'll never afford one either.
