NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ponderay City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 15, 2024, at 5:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of Ponderay City Hall, 288 Fourth Street, Ponderay, Idaho, to consider the following request: File ZC24-030, Mountain Scape Inc is requesting approval to rezone a ±1.87-acre parcel of land from Residential to Industrial. The current zoning was established during a review of the greater McNearney Neighborhood in 2021 (Ord 156) when the zoning designation was changed from Industrial to Residential. The parcel abuts Industrial zoning to the south. No construction is proposed at this time. The property is located on the west side of McNearney Road in Section 2, Township 57N, Range 2W.  The Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this request at their regular meeting on March 14, 2024.   An electronic method of participation has also been established for the applicants and members of the public who wish to participate remotely.
