NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Proposal for a Subdivision of property located at 1221 N. Main St. in Clark Fork, ID. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Clark Fork, Idaho will hold a public hearing at City Hall, 110 E 3rd Ave., Clark Fork, ID 83811, on the 15th day of April, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. concerning a request submitted by Shawn Finnerty seeking approval for a Subdivision to the property lying in a portion of 2E-35-56N. The site in question is 4.4 acres located on the corner of Main St. and Lightning Creek Road.  All residents or landowners within the City of Clark Fork desiring to be heard should appear at this hearing.
