Merci beaucoup to those picking up litter

| May 19, 2024 1:00 AM

This should be a nice break from political ads. I live out behind the golf course and walk to the highway and back, several times a week for my health.

Incidentally, to live the Blue Zone life to live longer, everybody should be moving around. If you have an office job, you should walk 30 minutes a day. It can be hard but it is one thing people in Blue Zones do and they live about 10 years longer than other people.

Anyway, in my walk, I have started picking up a lot of garbage and aluminum cans that people throw out. I think more people should have pride in America and not throw out garbage to litter our roads and highways. Incidentally, someone in Holly Glenn must really like canned margaritas as I picked up a whole bunch of them. I am going to continue to make the entry to Holly Glenn spic and span.

And on the positive side, there are groups who pick up along highways, hooray for them. But everyone can help, by not throwing out cans and garbage.

Merci beaucoup, gracias, and danke schon (All thank you in French, Spanish and German)
