REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) City of Sandpoint Wastewater Treatment Plant Replacement – Preliminary Engineering Report The City of Sandpoint (City) is requesting Statements of Qualification from qualified firms to provide professional engineering services to a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) and evaluate the feasibility for replacement of the Wastewater Treatment Plant. This solicitation is governed by Idaho Code § 67-2320 and shall be administered accordingly. The total budget available for professional services is $175,000 - $250,000.
