BOCC to consider new position creation

SANDPOINT — The Bonner County commissioners have not placed any items on Tuesday’s meeting agenda this week.

The county’s Clerk, Human Resources, Road and Bridge, and Emergency Management departments are set to come before the board with items regarding monetary requests, resolutions, creation of a new position, memorandums of understating, and purchase approvals.

Commissioner Asia Williams will give her commissioner report prior to the public comment section of the meeting.

Tuesday’s meeting is set to end with two executive sessions: One regarding human resource items and the other regarding a BOCC item. Executive sessions are closed to the public to give officials a chance to discuss confidential information; however, all decisions must be made in open session.
