Music Matters performance was a true treat

What a treat it was to attend the performances of Music Matters! put on by the Music Conservatory of Sandpoint. Featured was the "R" Us Children Performing for Children.

It was a lovely tribute to America through history and music through the years.

With all of the distressing turmoil happening in our wonderful country, these kids revived our true spirits of patriotism. I am not ashamed to say that I cried through most of it.

The best was the finale when they raised our flag and all of the performers and audience stood up and belted out our Star Spangled Banner together.

Thank you to the Music Matters! young people and the Music Conservatory!
