PUBLIC NOTICE FOR DESTRUCTION OF SPECIAL EDUCATION RECORDS Attention Parents/Guardians, Former Students, Eligible (Adult) Students: According to school board policy, West Bonner County School District #83 hereby gives notice that Special Education records are no longer needed to provide educational services to individuals with disabilities who were enrolled in the district as a student for the 2016 school year and have since left the district. The district will destroy these Special Education records (by shredding them) in 45 days. Destruction of these records is the best protection against improper and unauthorized disclosure. Please be aware that if you have Special Education records on file with the school district, these records may be needed for social security benefits or for other purposes in the future. If you wish to review the file or keep the file for your own records, please make the request to the Special Services office within 45 calendar days. Destruction of these records will begin July 8th, 2024. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Sandpoint City Council will hold a public hearing at their meeting on Thursday, June 20, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. in Council chambers at City Hall, 1123 W. Lake St., Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following: A request for approval of a 3-lot final plat pursuant to an approved preliminary plat, city application PS23-0003, Westpointe Subdivision. Said preliminary plat approved a four (4) lot subdivision on one (1) parcel (Parcel RPS376800104A0A), totaling approximately 4.3 acres, bounded by Ontario St. to the south, private property to the east and west, and US Hwy. 2 to the north.
