Calib T. Johnson, 32, of Ponderay was arrested in the area of Highway 200 and Kootenai Cutoff Road at 1:09 a.m. on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, possession of an open container of alcohol (driver), possession of marijuana (less than three ounces), and possession of paraphernalia with the intent to use.
