Dogsmile announces annual auction

Sailing enthusiasts and community supporters can join Dogsmile Adventures' annual celebration from the comfort of their homes this month. 

The online event, celebrating another season of therapeutic sailing in Idaho, will feature stories of transformation and a live auction.

Set for Nov. 14 from 6:30 to 8 p.m., the evening highlights the organization's impact through firsthand accounts from program participants. The live auction showcases unique maritime experiences, including private sailing charters in exotic locations like Greece, Mexico and the San Juan Islands. Local offerings feature sunset dinner cruises on Lake Coeur d'Alene aboard Sizzler, a weekend getaway at a Bayview float house with private sailing, and various Lake Pend Oreille adventures. Bidders can also vie for surf charter experiences and a couple's spa package at The Coeur d'Alene Resort.
