Road construction could go a lot faster

As we all drive around Sandpoint and surrounding areas, myself included, with all of the road construction going on I have noticed all of the people working on all of those projects must be employed by “The Standing Up Construction Company” because all I ever see them doing is standing up. Either talking on their cell phones or jawing with the other workmen who are also standing up. I just wonder how quickly all of these projects would be completed if all of the workers didn’t work for “The Standing Up Construction Company” but actually put in a full day's work.
