A follow-up report was taken on N. Third Avenue at 5:27 p.m. 

Deputies responded to a report of a family offense in the Shale Road area in Priest River at 7:20 p.m. 

A citizen lost her wallet in the E. Fourth Street North area in Oldtown at 8:47 p.m. 

Deputies responded to a civil dispute in Coolin on Cavanaugh Bay Road at 9:07 p.m. 

Report of suspicious circumstances on Jacobson Road at 9:27 p.m. 

Oct. 31 

Raymond Swanberg, 19, of Elk, Wash., was cited on charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia at 12 a.m. in the area of Old Priest River Road and Bates Lane in Oldtown. 

Deputies responded to the Red Clover Drive area for a 911 call reported at 12:46 a.m. 

Deputies responded to a report of a suspicious person on Le Clerc Road in Oldtown at 2:43 a.m.

Oct. 30 

Report of a noise complaint in the 400 block of Madison Avenue at 6:36 a.m. 

Report of a tobacco violation in the 400 block of S. Division Avenue at 10:33 a.m. 

A wallet was reported found in the 500 block of Church Street at 10:33 a.m. 

A follow-up report was taken on Fir Street at 11:07 a.m. 

A report of a 911 activation in the Jenny Lane area at 10:54 p.m. was determined to be unfounded. 

Report of a reckless driver in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Cedar Street at 10:41 a.m. 

BNSF was contacted regarding a train reported to be blocking a crossing in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Baldy Mountain Road at 12:02 p.m. 

Report of a possible fraud in the 1200 block of W. Lake Street at 3:08 p.m. 

An officer and Sandpoint Fire responded to a report of a two-vehicle, non-injury collision in the area of S. Division Avenue and Ontario Street at 3:26 p.m. 

Officers and Sandpoint Fire responded to a reported structure fire on W. Lake Street at 4:51 p.m. 

Report of an animal problem near N. Boyer Avenue and Main Street at 9:28 p.m.

Oct. 30 

An officer was dispatched to the 476900 block of Highway 95 after a complaint of driving without consent at 4:57 p.m. 

An officer was dispatched to a fraud in the 700 block of Moonflower Lane at 7:55 p.m. 

Report of suspicious circumstances in the 400 block of Piehl Road at 8:25 p.m.
