Selkirk Fire hosting coffee klatch

PONDERAY — The community is invited to join Selkirk Fire Chief Jeff Armstrong at a "Coffee with the Fire Chief" event Saturday.

The event, which will begin at 8:30 a.m. Saturday at the Hoot Owl, is a chance for residents to meet the chief and discuss the future of fire protection in Bonner County.

"This is a great opportunity to share your vision and priorities with Selkirk Fire and Northside Fire leadership," Brandon Vaccaro, Selkirk public information officer, said.

The Hoot Owl is located at 30784 Highway 200 in Ponderay.
