Deputies responded to a report of theft in Oldtown on Highway 2 at 6:02 p.m.

Nov. 21 

An officer and Sandpoint Fire responded to a report of a two- vehicle, non-injury collision in the area of Main Street and Ella Avenue at 6:35 a.m. 

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up on S. Ella Avenue at 7:39 a.m. 

Report of information in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street at 8:38 a.m. 

Report of a sign taken in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street at 8:57 a.m. 

A dog found wandering at large was returned to its owner in the Oak Street area at 10:53 a.m. 

Report of fraud in the 800 block of Hickory Glen Avenue at 10:45 a.m. 

Report of a practice drill in the 1600 block of Spruce Street at 10:52 a.m. 

An officer assisted a citizen in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street at 12:52 p.m.

Richard J. Clifton, 50, of Sandpoint was cited in the 477200 block of Highway 95 at 10:20 p.m. on charges of driving without privileges and failure to provide proof of insurance (second offense). 

Report of an alarm on Bonner Mall Way at 11:11 p.m.
