Sandpoint Martial Arts — Black Belt/Degree Testing
This past weekend, Sandpoint Martial Arts hosted a two-day event for black belt and degree testing where a number of students participated in self-defense, grappling to a tap, Olympic style sparring, weapons (nunchaku and bo staff), a three to five mile run, and then performed all of their kicks and strikes as well as traditional Taekwondo forms, with a board and brick breaking finale.
