Larson will fight for Bonner, Boundary counties

In the coming election, I will be proud to cast my vote for Kathryn Larson for representative from District 1B.

Kathryn is intelligent, thoughtful, positive and energetic. She believes in the idea that politics is about community. With that in mind, she will approach legislation with a local focus. She will ask herself if pending legislation will help or hinder her district?  

Kathryn will never be beholden to outside interests, such as the Idaho Freedom Foundation, but will focus on the issues that are important to her constituents. She will work towards building an economy that works for North Idaho and improves the infrastructure to go along with it. She will fight for fully funded schools, giving teachers the salaries they deserve and students the facilities and resources they deserve. 

Kathryn believes in freedom: the freedom for women to access appropriate, affordable, local gynecological care and for doctors to deliver it; the freedom for library patrons to read what they wish and for librarians to continue their excellent services and not become “book police”; the freedom for Idaho’s children to attend excellent public schools without homeowners being taxed out of their homes to pay for those schools; the freedom for local workers to afford decent local housing.

We are lucky to have a candidate such as Kathryn. She will fight for Bonner and Boundary counties. Please join me in voting for Kathryn Larson.
