SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 301 AMENDING ANNUAL APPROPRIATION 2023-2024    SUMMARY: The City of Clark Fork adopted Ordinance No. 301 on September 23, 2024, amending Annual Appropriation Ordinance No. 295, for the fiscal year beginning  October 1, 2023, and ending September 30, 2024, to reflect the receipt of unscheduled revenues and to authorize expenditure of previously unbudgeted fund balance, increasing and establishing the appropriations for expenditures in various departments and funds, providing that the tax levy upon taxable property within the City is not affected hereby, providing that all ordinances in conflict herewith are superseded by this ordinance to the extent of such conflict, and providing that the ordinance shall be effective after passage upon publication.  The full text of Ordinance No. 301 is available for review at Clark Fork City Hall, 110 3rd Ave., Clark Fork, Idaho, during regular business hours and on the City of Clark Fork website.
