MINUTES FOR THE BONNER COUNTY  BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS’ MEETING  September 3, 2024   CLERK – Approved payment of the FY24 Claims in Batch #24 Totaling $863,842.09. Approved payment of the FY24 EMS Claims in Batch #24 Totaling $36,087.42.   EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT – Authorized Bonner County Emergency Management to destroy all of their closed grant documents past the 3-year records requirement per Idaho Code 31-871, Resolution #2024-60.   SHERIFF – Approved the agreement between the City of Oldtown and Bonner County to provide law enforcement and prosecution services. The city will reimburse Bonner County $100 per month. The agreement will be effective from October 1, 2024, to October 1, 2026, unless terminated earlier upon 90 days’ notice from either party. Approved the agreement between the City of Dover and Bonner County to provide law enforcement and prosecution services. The city will reimburse Bonner County $100 per month. The agreement will be effective from October 1, 2024, to October 1, 2026, unless terminated earlier upon 90 days’ notice from either party.
