Steffen Weller, 40, of Spokane, Washington, was cited on Selkirk Way in Oldtown at 8:10 p.m. on charges of driving without privileges, as well as possession of an open container. 

Andrew Naccarato, 40, of Oldtown was arrested near Hoo Doo Loop and Dumire Road in Oldtown at 9:24 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence. 

A suspicious circumstance was reported in the Dover area near Becker Lane at 10:40 p.m.

Oct. 5 

Report of information on Fifth Avenue at 10:45 a.m. 

Report of a reckless driver near Oak Street and N. Fourth Avenue at 2:03 p.m. 

Report of a juvenile problem on Monroe Avenue at 7:07 p.m. 

Report of a parking violation on Bridge Street at 7:10 p.m. 

A controlled substance incident was reported in the Larch Street area at 8:37 p.m. 

Report of suspicious circumstances on Spruce Street at 11:02 p.m. 

  

PONDERAY POLICE 

Oct. 5 

An officer and Northside Fire responded to a reported structure fire on N. Triangle Drive at 9:09 a.m. 

Jacob D. Smith of Spokane, Washington, was arrested in the area of Kootenai Cutoff Road and Starr Lane at 12:22 p.m. on a misdemeanor charge of fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer. 

An officer was dispatched to a non-injury crash in the area of highways 95 and 2 at 4:31 p.m. 

Report of disorderly conduct on U.S. 95 in the city at 4:40 p.m. 

An officer investigated a report of a threat in the 600 block of Elm Avenue at 6:14 p.m. 

Oct. 6 

Jessica N. Kellar, 38, of Ponderay was arrested in the 400 block of Fifth Avenue at 1:33 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.

An officer responded to a report of vandalism in progress with multiple victims in the Saccs Lane area at 7:19 a.m.
