Festival seeking 2025 summer interns

Looking for a fun and fast-paced paid summer gig? The Festival at Sandpoint is seeking summer interns to work for next summer's summer music series.
Every summer, the Festival offers an immersive, paid internship program where interns gain resume-building professional skills, hands-on experience in the music industry, and a behind-the-scenes look at music festival and event operations. The interns will work from June 9 through Aug. 6.
“Our internship program stands as a gateway for aspiring individuals to immerse themselves in the dynamic world of event management and the music industry,” Cienna Roget, marketing and office manager and intern supervisor, said. “Through mentorship, and tailored roles aligned with interns' passions, we cultivate a rewarding environment that not only fosters professional growth but also contributes to the vibrant energy of our Festival community."
Interns may also be assigned an area of focus based on skills and interests, including but not limited to marketing, merchandise, facilities and event production, hospitality, and volunteer coordination, Roget said.
Looking for the skill-building of an internship with a shorter commitment? The Festival has options there, too, Roget said. Those looking to be a part of the Festival but can't dedicate the entire summer, the Festival at Sandpoint is also seeking people for its paid production crew from July 18 through Aug. 7.
Production crew members assist in the setup and takedown of the venue at War Memorial Field. During the Summer Series, the Production Crew may assist with sound, lighting, venue operations, and more.

The nonprofit organization hosts an annual summer performance series featuring a variety of genres, including pop, rock, country, folk, and classical. The Festival at Sandpoint’s 42nd annual 2025 concerts will take place July 24 through Aug. 3, 2025, at War Memorial Field.
