Voters smart enough to figure out ranked choice

I was living in Hawaii in the 1970s when the subject of building roundabouts came up. The state Department of Transportation literally said that the people on the island of Hawaii would not be able to figure out how to use them, period. Some years later roundabouts began to be installed and what a surprise, the residents had no trouble using them.

The core message we are getting about Prop 1 from many in our state government feels remarkably similar to what was put out about roundabouts on the Big Island. Basically, that we are just too stupid to figure out ranked choice voting.  

I believe they are wrong and the way to prove it is to vote for Proposition 1.
