Cornel Rasor hosting election forum

SANDPOINT — District 1 voters have an opportunity to hear about important concerns for the Idaho 2024 election in a question-and-answer forum hosted by Cornel Rasor, who was appointed to District 1B House of Representative seat.  

Rasor is hosting the free event Tuesday, Oct. 22, at 7 p.m. at the Ponderay Events Center. The event will feature a viewing of the Wallbuilders' Citizen Guide for Idaho’s 2024 Election and information on ranked choice voting by The Heritage Foundation, The Honest Election Project, and Save Our States.  

"The forum offers a chance to learn about key issues for Idaho’s 2024 general election and have questions answered. I am very interested in the priorities and needs of District 1 voters, and look forward to meeting with constituents,” Rasor said.   

Rasor, a long-time businessman and 55-year resident of Bonner County, is currently serving the remaining term of retired District 1 Representative Sage Dixon.
