Girls in Pep Club will don halos again this year and act as “guardian angels” to the football team, said Connie Madsen, club president. The week prior to the Football Festival game, the “angels” decorate the boys’ lockers, leaving candy, cookies and other surprises, all without revealing their identities.

A three-day adding machine course is being taught by Ray Holt to first period bookkeeping students, said Tammy Tucker, junior. Only five students can take the course at one time due to the number of machines available.
