Top elected officials oppose Prop 1

| October 20, 2024 1:00 AM

It is noteworthy when moderate/liberal Idaho Governor Brad Little and conservative Attorney General Raul Labrador agree on anything. So, it is highly significant that they both think Prop 1 is terrible for Idaho.

Governor Little has recently opined that it should be roundly defeated, and Attorney General Labrador is currently suing in Idaho courts alleging Prop 1 is both unconstitutional and signatures for the initiative were fraudulently obtained.

The election of these gentlemen signified that Idaho voters had confidence in their judgment, competency, and stewardship. This is the right time for Idaho voters to defer to their judgment on this treacherous issue.

Voters should note that Prop 1 has also been opposed by Idaho’s two U.S. Senators, James Risch and Mike Crapo, as well as Congressman Russ Fulcher and the majority of the Idaho State House and Senate representatives.

Vote no on Prop 1 to preserve one person, one vote.
