Support the West Bonner County school levy

Though at one time I had some family in Priest River (by marriage), for all purposes I am a transplant. However, being one does not excuse me from supporting the community that I now call home.

I grew up in Bellevue, Idaho, a small town in the south-central part of the state with a long history of people who came before me. Those people “paid it forward” for my education when I was in school. They supported the schools with their tax dollars and never missed an opportunity to help when help was needed; even when their own children were grown and gone. Each of us had someone to do that for us, no matter where we came from. It’s our turn now turn to “pay it forward” here, so that the next generation of children will have the same educational opportunities that we had. 

That is why I support the WBCSD levy.
