Why change one person, one vote?

Proposition 1 asks for ranked choice voting. Ranked choice makes voting, tabulating the votes, and auditing the vote excruciatingly complicated. What is fixed? Why change one person, one vote? Idahoans have voted this way since July 3, 1890.
