Supporting Mark Sauter for state representative
With three excellent letters supporting Mark Sauter, it is a bit difficult to find much more to say about his attributes. Jeff Hood obviously knows much more than I about Mark's support for farmers.
Mark is an extremely logical thinker. He carefully studies the pros and cons of any proposal or bill that comes to the House.
I have listened to him at public meetings as he explained the process that he undergoes to determine the value of a certain bill. He takes it very seriously.
Mark is a staunch supporter of our public schools. During his 2002 campaign he met with the administrators of the Boundary County school system so that could better understand their needs.
Although he is a resident of Bonner County, he did not shy away from spending time in Boundary County. He visited the Moyie Springs sawmill, Elk Mountain Farm, loggers, farmers, the Kootenai Tribe, nurseries, and public school administrators. He did not do all of this just for votes. He wanted to understand our economy and infrastructure.
Mark is not a partisan politician.
He does his best to look out for the best interests of all District 1 citizens regardless of political orientation. He does not care if the Idaho Freedom Foundation gives him a low score and he does not try to impress the members of the Central Committee. He works for the people, not the Republican Party.
Mark has been such a great success as our representative that I am surprised that he has a Democrat opponent.
Please vote for Mark Sauter, Idaho State Representative, Position A.
