AMENDMENT OF ORDINANCE NO. 285, ZONING AND SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE – SITE DEVELOPMENT & STORMWATER STANDARDS & PROCEDURES - The City of East Hope has initiated an amendment to its land use and subdivision codes to 1) update its stormwater erosion control regulations to adjust requirements for homeowner erosion control plans and to correct references to USGS and use of guidance manuals; 2) adopt a new site development section requiring a geotechnical analysis for hazardous sites due to slope, unstable soils, high water tables, springs, or other geologic or hydrologic hazards, and providing for a review process, standards, and exceptions. The public may testify or present evidence at the public hearings.
