This week's Athlete of the Week is Gage McElroy of Sandpoint football.
A senior, Gage had a team-high 11 tackles and returned an interception nine yards for a touchdown during last week's 37-13 win over Davis High of Yakima. Also of note, Gage recovered a fumble and returned an interception 20 yards for a touchdown in the Bulldogs' 54-14 win over St. Maries earlier this season.
