Library hosting sausage-making class

Just in time for the hunting season, the Priest River Library is hosting a sausage-making class Saturday, Sept. 28. The class will begin at 11 a.m. at the Priest River Library.

Area residents are invited to join local barbecue pit boss Carlton Gallant for a culinary adventure into the art of sausage making.

Gallant will be demonstrating some basic sausage recipes including methods of preparation and cooking up samples.

There is no cost for the class and it is open to those 14 years old and above.
