Anderson tabbed with ISCA Coach of the Year honors
For coaching the Sandpoint High girls' tennis team to their first 4A state title in school history, which included 4A singles champion Pepper Rickert and 4A doubles runner-up Aubrey Knowles and Sydney Webb Fite, Kent Anderson was named the Idaho State Coaches Association Coach of the Year. Anderson said come 2025, both the boys and girls teams have the potential to duplicate or surpass what was accomplished last year. The team will begin playing in earnest around November 21 at the new James E. Russell Sports Center.
